Are your cameras and accessories original and under warranty?

Our products are original. Manufacturer warranty is available only where stated on the product listing. Warranty claims for covered products are handled through manufacturer service centres.

What is the delivery time across India?

We typically deliver within 3-7 business days across India. Metro cities receive orders faster, usually within 2-4 days. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD on select products and locations. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

Can I return or replace a product if there is an issue?
