After dispatch, standard delivery is generally 3–4 working days for Zone A / metro cities, 5–7 working days for other serviceable locations, and 10–12 working days for Zone D and above / remote locations. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Eligible return requests must be raised within 2 days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. The product must be returned in the same untampered condition in which it was shipped, with original packaging, accessories, labels and seals intact. Please record a clear unboxing video at delivery and a handover video when the approved return is given to the courier. Royale Stores arranges approved return pickup; return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise confirmed. No restocking fee applies.
