Are your cameras and accessories new and under warranty?

We sell new products sourced through manufacturers, distributors and suppliers. Manufacturer warranty is available only where stated on the product listing, and warranty claims for covered products are handled through manufacturer service centres.

What is the delivery time across India?

We ship confirmed orders within 48 working hours of receiving the order. After dispatch, standard delivery is generally 3–4 working days for Zone A / metro cities, 5–7 working days for other serviceable locations, and 10–12 working days for Zone D and above / remote locations. Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Express Delivery (2 working days) is also available for ₹350 on orders below ₹50,000 and ₹500 on orders of ₹50,000 and above.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, on Standard Delivery for orders from ₹1,000 to ₹49,999. COD works as Partial COD: you pay a small advance online at checkout and the rest on delivery. The advance is ₹99 for orders up to ₹1,999 and 10% of the order value for orders from ₹2,000 to ₹49,999. COD is not available on Express Delivery, on orders below ₹1,000, or on orders of ₹50,000 and above.

Can I return or replace a product if there is an issue?

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Returned products must be complete, in their original packaging with all accessories, labels and seals intact, and unused unless the product arrived defective, damaged or incorrect. For approved returns and exchanges, Royale Stores arranges the pickup and bears the return shipping cost. Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval. We recommend recording an unboxing video at delivery to help resolve any claim quickly. See our Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy, linked in the page footer.
