Are your cameras and accessories original and under warranty?

Our products are original. Manufacturer warranty is available only where stated on the product listing. Warranty claims for covered products are handled through manufacturer service centres.

What is the delivery time across India?

We ship confirmed orders within 48 working hours of receiving the order. After dispatch, standard delivery is generally 3–4 working days for Zone A / metro cities, 5–7 working days for other serviceable locations, and 10–12 working days for Zone D and above / remote locations. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

COD is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes up to ₹50,000. COD handling fees are ₹150 for ₹1–₹5,000, ₹250 for ₹5,001–₹25,000, and ₹350 for ₹25,001–₹50,000. Final eligibility and fee are shown at checkout.

Can I return or replace a product if there is an issue?

Eligible return requests must be raised within 2 days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. Products must be returned in the same untampered condition with original packaging, accessories, labels and seals intact. Customers should retain an unboxing video and a courier handover video for approved returns. Royale Stores arranges approved pickup; return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise confirmed. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are initiated within 48 working hours after receipt, inspection and approval.
