For an approved return, please also record a clear video while handing the packed product over to the courier executive. Eligible return requests must be raised within 2 days of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. The product must be returned in the same untampered condition in which it was shipped, with original packaging, accessories, labels and seals intact. Royale Stores will arrange the approved return pickup; applicable return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise confirmed. No restocking fee applies.
